Prior to entering the Real Estate business, he was a sales and marketing executive for GTC International, Inc. and the owner of Industrial Staple Sales Company. At Industrial Staple Sales Company, Rich was the owner for nine years. He was responsible for everything that is involved in managing a successful distribution company with eleven employees and over two thousand clients.

Believing that his previous business experience and his tremendous passion for the Naperville area were transferable to helping families buy and sell homes, Rich sold his business, formed a partnership and became a member of Your HOME Team. Rich has lived in Naperville for forty-two years. He has been married to his wife Lisa for twenty-three years and has two daughters, Lindsey and Christy. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, reading, bible study and spending time with his family and friends.

Since 2002 Jackie has served the Real Estate Industry and Your HOME Team. Jackie is a Certified Negotiation Consultant, Relocation Specialist and Certified Staging Consultant. Jackie works with a wide variety of buyers as buyer's agent. She has many corporate customers who are transferring with relocation companies, a large number of 1st time buyers who are personally referred to her and many local clients upgrading. Jackie has sold many new homes to buyers and has strong knowledge of new subdivisions and local builders. As a buyer's agent, this information is invaluable.

Jackie’s experience in the resale market is important for residential real estate sellers as she has extensive knowledge in this area. She is knowledgeable in home and town home pricing, subdivisions, styles of homes, in addition to schools, parks, and transportation. She has lived in the Western Suburbs and the Western Suburbs for 35 years giving her vast knowledge of the area. Her past experience as a Lisle/Naperville business owner, her volunteer work within the community, Naperville School District 203 and serving in her church, have all enhanced her loyalty and commitment to working with people and listening to their needs. Jackie is a professional, has an eye for detail, tremendous integrity and adheres to exceptionally high personal and industry standards.

Jackie and her husband Cal have three children, Cayley, Cade and Chelsea. They enjoy golf, volleyball, family vacations and are big Chicago Bear, Chicago Cub and Chicago Bulls fans!

DAWN PELTER - CNC, REALTOR ASSOCIATE: Dawn brings 10 years of customer service to Baird & Warner. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism earned Dawn the "Professional Flight Attendant Award" twice during her career with American Airlines and she was chosen to serve as an American Airlines Representative at various functions. She also served on various task forces and uses the invaluable negotiating skills she learned for her Real Estate business.

Dawn has a passion for marketing, which blossomed at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she received a BS Degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Marketing. Not only did she receive marketing experience in the airline industry, but, also with several companies in the world of trade shows. In addition to having her real estate license, Dawn is a Certified Negotiating Consultant (CNC).

Dawn is an active member in her community, which holds true to her belief that "a community is only as strong as the people in it." She is active with the Naperville Jaycees where she has served on many committees including heading the Naperville Labor Day Parade and served on the Distinguished Service Awards committee where she was a presenter. She is active in her church, does volunteer work and serves on many committees in her subdivision, as well as, her children’s school—Go Patterson Prairie Dogs! Dawn lives in Naperville and is a mother of two, Hank and Maggie. Together they enjoy golf, yoga, Star Wars, Lego’s and American Girl dolls!
